The fastest way to obtain support from Netivo Technical Services Team is to open a support ticket in the Service Management System (SMS) at: https://sms.netivo.com/service/ .
If you are a current Netivo Customer experiencing a service outage or server down incident, and if you are unable to access the Service Management System, please complete and submit the form below. During business hours, your message will be forwarded to the Operations Administrator immediately -or- if after-hours, the Technical lead person on Data Center floor duty will be paged.
Please note, response to requests placed via this page is substantially slower than requests placed through the Service Management System.
