Management Service Levels

All of Netivo's service offerings include comprehensive set of management service elements.

To strive towards our goal of bringing value to our customers, we packaged a group of service elements that are important and useful to majority of our customers, which we call Bronze. Bronze service level is included as a standard feature of all of our service packages.

Further, we offer two elevated levels of comprehensive managed service levels which are Silver and Gold. Our Silver level of management should meet the advanced monitoring and support requirements of majority of our demanding customers. Gold Service Level is a customizable service matrix, which includes all elements of the Silver service level, and it is further includes management & administration services, security services, etc., which can be configured specifically to meet each customer's specific requirements.
